How to apply for CUET Colleges

To apply for the CUET colleges, candidates need to make a note of the guidelines mentioned.

  • A candidate must make a proper list of their desired CUET colleges before enrolling. He must keep their best 3 CUET colleges aligned while filling out the form.
  • Verify the membership conditions before filling out the CUET exam form of the concerned college, for that particular course.
  • Check the eligibility criteria of CUET colleges taking part in any new program.
  • If any candidate is applying for more than 3 colleges, then he needs to pay out extra money for an extra college.
  • Once the CUET merit lists are out, candidates need to report to their qualified CUET colleges for claiming their admissions.

What is going to be the time slot for the CUET exam?

Ans. The CUET exam is scheduled to be held in two slots, during the first and second week of July.

Slot one is expected to be of 195 minutes which is 3 hours and 15 minutes, while slot two is going to be of 225 minutes, or 3 hours and 45 minutes precisely.

Are CUET and CUCET different?

Ans. CUET is the revamped version of CUCET, by NTA. CUET is a compulsory exam that all the central universities of India have to follow it. This announcement has come into action, after the new National Education policy. But, there is no difference between CUET and CUCET as such.
